Who doesn’t love food?  I went from eating pizza and canned soup or takeout every night to striving for the 80/20 rule – eating healthy 80% of the time and only splurging on occasion.  Nothing I’ve learned I made up.  I discovered it from others before me, but I’m happy to share my experiences in hopes that you too can find a path of balance and happiness.  Here are just a few resources I like to use and I will continue to update my blog posts with healthy ideas.
