Well I couldn’t let another year go by without completing The Ultimate Reset again, and time is ticking! This time I have a friend doing it with me and it is SO GREAT to do it with a friend. We leave each other messages throughout the day to support and encourage each other and it helps a lot. Even though I haven’t been tempted yet. My friend and I are both big wine lovers so we know how the other one is feeling…but we expect to be cheap dates when it’s all over and we enjoy a glass of wine sometime next month.
Here is my food for Day 3. We do get a little meat in the first week so I will have eggs a few times, salmon once, and chicken once. I also will have Greek yogurt a few times the first week, but starting on day 8, it’s 100% Vegan.
