It’s no surprise American’s are some of the most overweight people in the world because of all the fast food, pre-packaged foods, and the serving sizes. There are plenty of vegan options and American Restaurants, but be careful you don’t eat there too much:
- french fries
- onion rings
- potato wedges
- veggie burgers
- veggie dogs
Ask about mayonnaise, cheese, and eggs in the ingredients.
