Eating Vegan at a Restaurant – Part 3



Okay, since I don’t actually live by a Vegan diet, I do get to enjoy sushi when I go to a Japanese Restaurant, and it’s probably one of my favorite things to eat.  But for those who don’t eat meat or any animal products, there are still lots of options outside of Sushi.

I recommend:

  • edamame
  • vegetable sushi rolls
  • vegetable tempura
  • miso soup
  • fried tofu
  • noodle soups

Just make sure to ask for no egg, no fish sauce, and no bonito flakes (dried fish flakes).
