Chocolate Protein Pancakes


Okay, I made these today and they were RIDICULOUS good.  I probably could have just eaten 1/2 of them and that would have been plenty, but I didn’t have a big breakfast so I indulged.  Worth every bite!  Try them yourselves and let me know what you think.

– 1 banana
– 1/4 c. Oats
– 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1 egg
– 1 egg white
– 1 scoop of chocolate Shakeology

Put all of those ingredients in a blender.  Cook in an oiled pan. Top with fresh strawberries and a dollop of Greek yogurt, or any toppings of your choice.

Don’t have any Shakeology?  Order Some Today

Tip when ordering:  The default is Strawberry, so make sure you select Chocolate from the drop down menu.  🙂
