Shakeology And The Gylcemic Index

ShakeololgyGlycemixIndexOne of my challengers was telling me she is insulin resistant and needs to consume things that are low on the glycemic index.  I did some research and found this great information about how Shakeology supports those who need to pay attention to this.

With a rating of 24 out of a 100 (the higher the GI rating, the more rapidly insulin rises and falls), a Shakeology shake stabilizes your blood sugar levels to promote increased fat burn, feelings of fullness or satiety, and reduced risk of heart disease and diabetes. Like other fruits and vegetables, this meal replacement shake gives you the nutrition you need for overall better health. In fact, it even rates lower than apples and oranges in terms of its glycemic rating!

I always recommend you consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise regiment or meal replacement shake, but if you’re interested in what Shakeology can do for you, please reach out to me directly.
