I have been getting a lot of “no’s” or “not now’s” to join my fitness and nutrition challenge groups lately. And I respect each and every one of those decisions. But then I follow up 30, 60, 90 days later and in most cases, my friends / family members/ nice person I met in line have not made any progress towards their goals. I don’t know each individual reason, but if you said no before, please take a look at what you have accomplished since the last time I asked you. Have you made improvements in your
- weight loss
- improved muscle tone
- healthier eating
If you can say YES to any of the above things – AWESOME! I applaud you because it’s not easy to do alone.
