StartFitnessSo maybe you’re not ready to join an accountability group.  Maybe you just need help getting of the couch.  Yep, this was me 5 years ago.  So if this is you, please read the attached article, and try to incorporate 2-3 principals into your daily plan.  I can’t do it for you.  But if you start from the beginning, and do a little bit each day, I BELIEVE you will start to reach your goals.
