This caught my eye the other day, and I figured it was worth sharing. With New Year’s Resolutions on the brain, and so many of those focused on diet and exercise, my unsolicited advice to you is, chill out: eat less, move more, get plenty of rest, water, and sunshine and the rest should take care of itself.
I am already enjoying the heck out of these last several days, and I think 2015 is going to be an INCREDIBLE year.
