Now if I had a really big weight loss goal and I could first of all afford to take a week of work, and then afford to spend $2,500 for a week at their resort I would. But alas, I don’t have the time to take off work or the budget. If you’re in the same boat as me, what about @$200-250 for a month to work towards your health and fitness goals. Does that sound a little more do-able?
I’m hosting a Biggest Loser Type Challenge starting January 2nd and there are still spots available. You will be required to drink Shakeology daily and workout using Beachbody programs, but if you already have those items, the only other thing you need is $20 that goes in the pot and will be awarded to the top 3 contestants based on body weight percentage lost in the 30 day challenge.
