Has anyone read this book?
If so, have you gone wheat-free?
If you have gone wheat-free, how do you feel?
I am listening to it in the car and about 30% of the way through. I did eat a 1/2 bagel with breakfast and a pita for lunch, but when I went to the grocery store this afternoon, I didn’t buy anything with wheat. I haven’t decided if I’m going wheat-free yet or not, but I am thinking of other creative ways to fuel my body.
