I finally got to the grocery store today to stock up on fresh fruits, vegetables, and other healthy foods. I enjoyed some leftovers for dinner, but tomorrow my plan is to prep and cook:
These meals will keep me on track for the week, and with adding in my daily Shakeology, and fruits and veggies for snacks – I should have no problem staying on track with my food intake.
Vacation in 2 weeks…plan to keep up with my ChaLEAN Extreme workouts and eat from the 21 Day Fix Containers.
