Today’s breakfast was heaven in a glass. After sucking down my Energy & Endurance I hit the pool for 30 laps in 36 minutes, which equals .85 miles. I usually come home to a Shakeology breakfast and then a snack later, but I knew I would be busy for hours and needed a more substantial combination, so I whipped up:
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 Cookies & Cream Quest Bar
Blended until smooth. OMG – this was sooo good. I will have to fight hard not to make this EVERY morning.
