Okay, I’m not one to post a lot of gossip…I prefer tried and true facts, but I do love my entertainment stories and I tend to watch the star recaps on TV while I’m cooking dinner. And like many women, I compare myself to other women…even celebrities and wonder how they can get and keep their bodies in such tip top shape. Recently, a friend of mine posted something about how Jennifer Lopez looked and I am even more drawn to stars who are in their 40s and look fabulous, being a gal in my eh hem…early 40s. So I googled the famous pop singer and WOW – does she look awesome coming up on her 45th birthday. Now I know I will never be a size 2, but what I found most interesting was how she used a Vegan program to lose 10# and go from a size 4 to a size 2 and is quoted as saying “You do feel better. I do recommend the vegan diet because you wake up and feel great!”. What does she do with all those size 4 dresses?
