So I’m trying to eat as meat free as possible post-reset and Tofu is a big part of that. It can be cooked so it resembles and tastes like a meat-based food, without your insides trying to ingest an animal product. I have to say it turned out pretty good. I used my Asian Stir Fry recipe from the Ultimate Reset, but then also researched ways to cook the Tofu so I would enjoy the taste and consistency. I have lots of leftovers so looking forward to trying new and different things with Tofu. Additional comments / suggestions/ ideas welcome.
