Ultimate Reset – Day 8

Day8FoodCollageStarted week 2 of my 21 day natural detox, and I was up and ready to take on a new week of supplements and food.  I have to admit I had a bit of a tummy ache after my big-ass salad for lunch, but it subsided by mid-afternoon.

 

 

You will notice there are a lot of soups this week (tonight’s soup was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!), but I took a day to prepare most of my meals and before each meal, I just have to reheat and throw things together.

Today’s GREAT menu looked like this:

Breakfast

  • Shakeology w/banana
  • Cantelope
  • Berries

Lunch

  • Microgreen Salad
  • Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • Ho-Made Garlic Dressing
  • Avocado

Snack

  • Corn on the Cob
  • Whole Grain Crackers

Dinner

  • Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Soup
  • Roasted Asparagus with almonds
