Ultimate Reset – Day 7

Day7FoodCollageOne week in, and I feel pretty A.MA.Z.I.N.G!  My meals today were easy because they were all repeats from earlier in the week and I just had to reheat in most cases, or plop in a bowl for others.  I did make the zucchini-cashew soup for dinner and plenty of it for the week ahead.  I’m sleeping better than I have in months and feeling smaller, less bloated, just great overall.  It really is a lot of cutting, prepping, cooking, dishes, but not as bad as the first time when I made everything once, so if you work I highly suggest you do all your meal planning, shopping, prepping in one day and then your meals will be easier.  Here’s to Monday!
