You’ll notice everything I ate today was a repeat from earlier in the week, but that’s because I could spend my week and weekend in the kitchen, or I could enjoy some of my favorite meals more than once. I had a gloriously relaxing Saturday, took the dog for a nice walk in the park, and after dinner just chillin’ at home. Feeling great and sleeping better already.
I did take the time to plan out my menu for week 2, and hit up the grocery store in the morning so I can prep some of the meals. There are several soup options in week 2 and I want to get a jump start on those. When I made my grocery list there were only 7 items that are not fruits and veggies. This is going to be a colorful week!
