Ultimate Reset – Day 4

Up early and I just feel amazing all day.  Okay, I was pretty grumpy at a few points and I really wanted a piece of pizza, or a glass of wine, but I stopped stressing, made a wonderfully colorful dinner and enjoyed it.  I never made this dinner the first go-around because I found too many others I enjoyed, but it was really easy, incredibly tasty and I was actually very full today.  I didn’t even eat 1/2 of my sweet potato for lunch I was so full.  Went to bed happy.

Breakfast

  • 2 eggs
  • whole grain toastDay4FoodCollage
  • steamed spinach

Snack

  • Shakeology with 1/2 banana and peanut butter

Lunch

  • Baked Sweet Potato
  • Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Dinner

  • Zucchini/Tomato Salad
  • Quinoa
  • Stir Fry Veggies
  • Nori Gomasio

What is Nori Gomasio you ask?  I’m not really sure, but it’s on the menu for tonight so I made it and ate it (just sprinkled it on top of my food).  It’s sesame seeds roasted in a pan until they are toasted (@10 minutes), then mixed in a blender with a sheet of nori seaweed, you know the stuff your sushi rolls are wrapped in.  I liked it so there.
