I have to admit I feel pretty darn good! I am getting a pimple which is known to happen considering my body is pushing out all the junk, but just from a few days of eating clean, non-processed foods without a lot of animal products, and lots of fruits and vegetables, I already feel good inside and out. Slept well and woke up, and got up before my alarm today. I had a pretty busy day with several meetings outside the office so I didn’t notice I was hungry, and continued to drink plenty of water. There were THREE places I went today that had candy jars full of chocolate. Normally I’d have a piece (or 3) but I knew just one would make me want more so I smiled and walked away.

- Frozen Cherries
Lunch
- Mediterranean Chicken Salad from Soprafina
Snack
- Whole Grain Crackers
- Hard Boiled Egg
Dinner
- Roasted Root Medley
- Sliced Almonds
- Steamed Brocolli
I had lunch with a friend and made a smart choice with the chicken salad. I had the dressing on the side, and only used a little of it, and it tasted artificial to me. I had to go home and brush my teeth. Amazing how my taste buds have become acquired to ho-made dressing already.
And you would think a dinner of JUST vegetables wouldn’t be satisfying – BUT IT IS, and I’ve eaten this dinner many times since I went through The Ultimate Reset last summer.
