So I’ve seen a lot of crazy fad /crash diets / cleanses/ liquid plans, etc. and I can honestly tell you…THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! As I mentioned yesterday, I have completed the Ultimate Reset before (last summer) and the pictures proves it that you EAT.REAL.FOOD.
Breakfast
- 2 eggs
- whole grain toast
- steamed spinach
Morning Snack
- Shakeology with 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 water
Lunch
- HUGE microgreen salad
- Miso Soup
Afternoon Snack
- Green Apple with Natural Peanut Butter
Dinner
- Baked Salmon with spices
- Roasted Potatoes
- Steamed Asparagus
Now we do wean ourselves off of animal products over the first week, and we do take supplements, but I can speak from experience to let you know that my body is thanking me for taking such great care of myself.
