Ultimate Reset – Day 1

So I’ve seen a lot of crazy fad /crash diets / cleanses/ liquid plans, etc. and I can honestly tell you…THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!  As I mentioned yesterday, I have completed the Ultimate Reset before (last summer) and the pictures proves it that you EAT.REAL.FOOD.

For example on day 1 I had:UltimateResetdDay1Collage

Breakfast

  • 2 eggs
  • whole grain toast
  • steamed spinach

Morning Snack

  • Shakeology with 1/2 coconut milk and 1/2 water

Lunch

  • HUGE microgreen salad
  • Miso Soup

Afternoon Snack

  • Green Apple with Natural Peanut Butter

Dinner

  • Baked Salmon with spices
  • Roasted Potatoes
  • Steamed Asparagus

Now we do wean ourselves off of animal products over the first week, and we do take supplements, but I can speak from experience to let you know that my body is thanking me for taking such great care of myself.
