I get so excited when I wake up and see Les Mills Pump workout on the schedule. Today is Pump and Shred, so I knew I needed plenty of nutrition to fuel my workout. In @60 seconds I whipped up:
- 1 scoop Tropical Strawberry
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 c diet cranberry juice
- 1/2 cold water
244 calories. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
I find with juice, if I do a whole cup it’s too sweet, but if I do 1/2 c juice and 1/2 c water it’s the perfect blend.
