Pumpkin Pie Shakeology

PumpkinPieShakeologyI started this morning with a cup of coffee and Pumpkin Pie Shaekology:

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
  • ½ cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Combine in a blender and mix until smooth.

253 calories and oh, so delicious.  Powered my morning workout and filled my body with the nutrients I needed to be full for hours.
