I started this morning with a cup of coffee and Pumpkin Pie Shaekology:
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
- ½ cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine in a blender and mix until smooth.
253 calories and oh, so delicious. Powered my morning workout and filled my body with the nutrients I needed to be full for hours.
